Soccer Game Preview: Colonial Forge vs. Brooke Point

The Colonial Forge Eagles will head out on the road to take on the Brooke Point Black Hawks at 7:00 p.m. on Tuesday. Colonial Forge's offense has struggled lately (the team hasn't scored more than a single goal for five straight games), a trend the team is no doubt ready to end.

Colonial Forge took a loss when they played away from home on Tuesday, but their home fans gave them all the motivation they needed on Friday. They never let Riverbend get on the board and left with a 1-0 victory. The score was all tied up 0-0 at the break, but Colonial Forge were the better team in the second half.

Meanwhile, Friday just wasn't the day for Brooke Point's offense. They lost 6-0 to Mountain View on Friday. Brooke Point have now taken an 'L' in back-to-back games.

Brooke Point now has a losing record of 2-3-1. As for Colonial Forge, they moved to 2-3-1 with that win, which also ended their three-game losing streak.
