Baseball Game Preview: Paragould Rams vs. Nettleton Raiders

The Paragould Rams will head out on the road to take on the Nettleton Raiders at 4:30 p.m. on Tuesday. Having both just faced considerable losses, both teams are looking to turn things around.

Paragould fell victim to Marion and their airtight pitching crew on Tuesday. They came up short against the Patriots, falling 7-0. The Rams have now taken an 'L' in back-to-back games.

Wynne hit Nettleton with a six-run fourth inning last Friday, which goes a long way in explaining the final result. The Raiders lost 14-4 to the Yellowjackets. The Raiders haven't had much luck with the Yellowjackets recently, as the team has come up short the last three times they've met.

Ford Raffo made the most of his time at bat despite the final result and went a perfect 2-for-2 with three runs and one double. That double marked the first that he has hit this season.

Nettleton's defeat dropped their record down to 3-11. As for Paragould, their loss dropped their record down to 6-8.
