The Piner Prospectors were beaten by the Casa Grande Gauchos 39-6 on Monday.

Piner's defeat dropped their record down to 0-5. As for Casa Grande, their win was their first in the league, bumping their league record up to 1-3 and their overall record up to 2-5.
