Softball Recap: Niagara Falls Picks Up Third Consecutive Win

Niagara Falls put another one in the bag on Wednesday to keep their perfect season alive. They walked away with a 7-3 win over the Grand Island Vikings. This was payback for the Wolverines, who suffered a 9-0 loss the last time these two teams met.

Niagara Falls' victory bumped their record up to 3-0. As for Grand Island, this is the second loss in a row for them and nudges their season record down to 3-3.

We've got plenty of inter-league action coming up soon. Niagara Falls is set to take on their familiar foe North Tonawanda at 5:00 p.m. on Friday. Meanwhile, Grand Island will face off against rival Kenmore West at 5:00 p.m. on Friday.
