Volleyball Recap: Dudley Comes Up Short + How To Watch

It was a proper cat-fight when Dudley faced off against Ragsdale on Thursday. The Panthers came up short against the Tigers, falling 3-0. The loss continues a trend for the Panthers in their meetings with the Tigers: they've now lost four in a row.

The final score came out to 25-11, 25-16, 25-13.

Ragsdale had a senior duo take command as Emily Fisher had 26 digs and two aces and Maddie Henning had eight kills, seven digs, and four aces. Those 26 digs set a new season-high mark for Fisher.

Dudley's defeat dropped their record down to 3-8. As for Ragsdale, their victory ended a four-game drought on the road and puts them at 6-7.

Dudley wasted no time getting back out on the court and has already played their next matchup, a 3-0 loss against Page on the 23rd. As for Ragsdale, they also didn't take long to hit the court again: they've already played their next contest, a 3-0 defeat against Uwharrie Charter Academy on the 22nd.
