Eli Nichols Game Report: @ Elyria

For the first time in his career, Eli Nichols scored a rushing touchdown on Friday. He rushed for 48 yards and one score, helping propel Brunswick past Elyria by a score of 49-0. We think that's the best game he's posted since August 22nd, when he picked up two sacks, forced one fumble, and made eight total tackles (3.5 for loss).

Looking ahead, Nichols and Brunswick will host Mentor at 7:00 p.m. on Friday. The Blue Devils have some work to do to even out the 1-9 series between these two since October of 2016, but a win here would be a good start.
