Jefferson Davis Academy came out on top against King's Academy on Friday thanks in part to Dalton Nix's efforts. Nix threw for 45 yards on one of six attempts, which was good enough to set a new career-high in passing yards.

Coming up, Nix and Jefferson Davis Academy will take on Holly Hill Academy at 7:30 p.m. on Friday. Nix will face off against Parker Kizer, Holly Hill Academy's star QB.
