Volleyball Recap: Beloit Memorial Takes a Loss

Beloit Memorial was the 3-1 winner over Wilmot when they last played one another back in October of 2024, but their luck changed this time around. The Purple Knights fell just short of the Panthers by a score of 3-2 on Tuesday.

Beloit Memorial took a 2-1 lead headed into the fourth set, but sadly they lost the next two. Once all was said and done, the final score wound up at 25-19, 18-25, 11-25, 25-15, 15-8.

Beloit Memorial's defeat dropped their record down to 0-2. As for Wilmot, their win ended a ten-game drought on the road dating back to last season and puts them at 2-2.

Coincidentally, Beloit Memorial and Wilmot will both be playing Westosha Central the next time they take the court. The Panthers will host the Falcons at 6:30 p.m. on Tuesday, while the Purple Knights will head out to face them at 6:30 p.m. on the 30th.
