Basketball Recap: Sultan Piles Up the Points Against Evergreen

After having lost a blowout in their previous game against Liberty, Sultan was happy to have turned things around on Monday. They took their game with ease, bagging a 51-20 victory over the Evergreen Wolverines. Given the Turks' advantage in MaxPreps' Washington basketball rankings (they are ranked 161st, while the Wolverines are ranked 362nd), the result wasn't entirely unexpected.

Sultan pushed their record up to 10-7 with the win, which was their fourth straight at home. Those victories came thanks to their offensive performance across that stretch, as they averaged 51.5 points per game. As for Evergreen, they are on a six-game losing streak that has dropped them down to 2-14.

Interlake is strutting in with some offensive muscle as they've averaged 52.8 points per game this season.
