Meanwhile, Paint Valley was not able to break out of their rough patch on Tuesday as the team picked up their eighth straight defeat. They came up short against Adena, falling 3-0.
The match finished with set scores of 25-10, 25-7, 25-14.
Fairfield's loss ended a six-game streak of wins at home and dropped them to 13-6. As for Paint Valley, their defeat dropped their record down to 3-17.
