Football Recap: Tamalpais Comes Up Short

Tamalpais suffered their biggest defeat since September 21, 2024 on Saturday. They were beaten by the St. Ignatius College Preparatory Wildcats 49-0. The Red Tailed Hawks were not able to make up for their loss to the Wildcats from their previous meeting back in September of 2024.

Henry Tuttle threw for 129 yards on ten of 19 attempts. Cole Kramlich was his top target, picking up 93 receiving yards. On the ground, Jameson Platt rushed for 46 yards.

Luke Tribolet had a dynamite game For St. Ignatius College Preparatory., rushing for 124 yards and three scores on only 14 carries.

Tamalpais' defeat dropped their record down to 0-2. As for St. Ignatius College Preparatory, the win got them back to even at 1-1.

Looking ahead, Tamalpais will face off against San Rafael at 7:00 p.m. on Friday. As for St. Ignatius College Preparatory, they will square off against Acalanes at 5:00 p.m. on Friday.
