Football Recap: Lamar County Comes Up Short + How To Watch

Lamar County was not able to break out of their rough patch on Friday as the team picked up their third straight defeat. They took a blow against the Sulligent Blue Devils, falling 40-8. The Bulldogs were in a tough position after the first half, with the score already sitting at 28-0.

Lamar County's loss dropped their record down to 2-4. As for Sulligent, they now have a winning record of 4-3.

Coincidentally, Lamar County and Sulligent will both be playing Tuscaloosa Academy the next time they take the field. The Bulldogs will host the Knights at 7:00 p.m. on Friday, while the Blue Devils will head out to face them at 7:00 p.m. on the 17th.
