Volleyball Recap: Wakefield Bombers vs. Clifton-Clyde Eagles

Wakefield and Clifton-Clyde squared off in some playoff action on Tuesday, but Wakefield had to settle for second. They fell 2-0 to the Clifton-Clyde Eagles. The Bombers have struggled against the Eagles recently, as the game was their sixth consecutive lost matchup.

Once all was said and done, the final score wound up at 25-11, 25-9.

Clifton-Clyde got their win on the backs of several key players, but it was Jordi Fahey out in front who had five digs and three aces. That's the most aces Fahey has posted in her last nine games.
