Lake Oconee Academy was not able to break out of their rough patch on Friday as the team picked up their fifth straight defeat. They fell 20-13 to the Washington-Wilkes Tigers. While the Titans didn't get the win, they did start the game off strong, beating the Tigers 5-0 in the first quarter.

Ike Oneal threw for 102 yards on 13 of 19 attempts. Walker J Poyner was his top target, picking up 45 receiving yards. On the ground, Cameron Kelley rushed for 64 yards and a touchdown.

Tamari Curry continued his habit of posting crazy stat lines for Washington-Wilkes, rushing for 133 yards and a touchdown on only 14 carries. Curry really tore up the turf during one magnificent 80-yard run.
