Camden Central owes their pitching crew a big pat on the back after their performance on Thursday. Everything went their way against the McKenzie Rebels as they made off with an 8-0 victory. That eight run margin sets a new team best for the Lions this season.

Camden Central has been performing well recently as they've won four of their last five matchups. That's provided a nice bump to their 7-4 record this season. Those wins came thanks in part to their hitting performance across that stretch, as they averaged 8.8 runs over those games. As for McKenzie, their loss dropped their record down to 3-3.

Both squads are looking forward to the support of their home crowds in their upcoming games. Camden Central will face off against Milan at 5:30 p.m. on Thursday. As for McKenzie, they will square off against Houston County at 5:00 p.m. on Monday.
