Basketball Game Preview: United Christian Academy Eagles vs. West Lutheran Warriors

The United Christian Academy Eagles will face off against the West Lutheran Warriors at 7:00 p.m. on Tuesday. Both come into the game bolstered by wins in their previous matches.

Last Thursday, everything went United Christian Academy's way against Eagle Ridge Academy as United Christian Academy made off with a 46-24 victory. The Eagles have made a habit of sweeping their opponents off the court, having now won three matchups by 22 points or more this season.

Meanwhile, West Lutheran won against Rockford last Saturday with 57 points and they decided to stick to that point total again on Saturday. West Lutheran secured a 57-51 W over Bethlehem Academy. The win made it back-to-back victories for the Warriors.

West Lutheran has been performing well recently as they've won three of their last four contests, which provided a nice bump to their 8-4 record this season. As for United Christian Academy, their win bumped their record up to 5-2.

United Christian Academy was able to grind out a solid victory over West Lutheran in their previous matchup back in March of 2023, winning 46-38. Will United Christian Academy repeat their success, or does West Lutheran have a new game plan this time around? We'll find out soon enough.
