Basketball Recap: North Shelby Falls Short of Marion County in the Playoffs

North Shelby and Marion County squared off in some playoff action on Friday, but North Shelby had to settle for second. They fell to the Marion County Mustangs 63-59. The Raiders were not able to repeat the success they had when they faced the Mustangs earlier this season, when they won 76-46.

North Shelby's loss dropped their record down to 8-8. As for Marion County, they are on a roll lately: they've won eight of their last nine games. That's provided a nice bump to their 15-5 record this season.

As of now, neither North Shelby nor Marion County have any future games scheduled.
