Mayo came out on top against John Marshall on Tuesday thanks in part to the team's impressive five-run sixth inning. The Spartans skirted past the Rockets 6-4. The Spartans have seen this before: they got the W the last time they saw the Rockets, too.

Mayo's win bumped their record up to 5-3. As for John Marshall, their defeat dropped their record down to 2-8.

As for John Marshall, they will head out to face off against Austin at 5:00 p.m. on Thursday. The Rockets are facing the Packers at the right time seeing as the Packers are stuck on a four-game losing streak.
