Basketball Game Preview: Woodland Beavers vs. Hudson's Bay Eagles

The Woodland Beavers will face off against the Hudson's Bay Eagles at 7:00 p.m. on Tuesday. The teams are on pretty different trajectories at the moment (Woodland has five straight wins, Hudson's Bay has 18 straight losses), but none of that matters once you're on the court.

Woodland is headed in fresh off scoring the most points they have all season. They took their match on Thursday with ease, bagging a 73-43 victory over R.A. Long. The Beavers have made a habit of sweeping their opponents off the court, having now won 11 games by 27 points or more this season.

Meanwhile, Hudson's Bay took a blow against Columbia River on Thursday, falling 87-12. While losing is never fun, the Eagles can't take it too hard given the team's big disadvantage in MaxPreps' Washington basketball rankings (they are ranked 365th, while the Rapids are ranked 77th).

Woodland's win was their eighth straight on the road, which pushed their record up to 14-3. They've dominated over that stretch too, winning by an average of 34.8 points. As for Hudson's Bay, their defeat dropped their record down to 0-17.
