Basketball Recap: L'Anse Creuse North Comes Up Short

L'Anse Creuse North was not able to break out of their rough patch on Tuesday as the team picked up their third straight loss. They received a blow as they fell 47-29 to the Romeo Bulldogs. The Crusaders lost against the Bulldogs in their previous head to head back in December of 2023, too, but the margin this time around was much closer than the 58-17 score last time.

When it comes to explaining why L'Anse Creuse North lost, don't look at Ava Kilgore. Despite the final result, she posted 20 points.

L'Anse Creuse North's record now sits at 2-7. As for Romeo, their victory ended a four-game drought at home and bumped them up to 2-8.

L'Anse Creuse North will take on Anchor Bay at 7:00 p.m. on Thursday. As for Romeo, they will challenge Utica at 7:00 p.m. on January 22nd.
