Baseball Recap: Crescent City Takes a Loss

Crescent City lost against Palatka back in February of 2023, and unfortunately they wound up with the same result on Thursday. The Raiders lost 11-1 to the Panthers. That's two games in a row now that the Raiders have lost by exactly ten runs.

Crescent City has traveled a rocky road recently, having lost seven of their last eight contests. That's put a noticeable dent in their 3-14 record this season. As for Palatka, the victory (which was their sixth in a row) raised their record to 13-8.

Crescent City wasted no time getting back out on the field and has already played their next game, an 11-2 win against Peniel Baptist Academy on the 4th. As for Palatka, they have also already played their next matchup, a 5-4 victory against Interlachen on the 4th.
