The Mustang will challenge the Pioneers at 4:00 p.m. Magnolia Science Academy Van Nuys will be strutting in after a win while Sun Valley Magnet will be coming in after a defeat.

On Monday, Magnolia Science Academy Van Nuys got the win against Alliance Marine-Innovation & Technology by a conclusive 3-0. The Mustang haven't had any issues with the Griffins recently, as the game was their sixth consecutive victory against them.

The final score came out to 25-18, 25-11, 25-14.

Meanwhile, Sun Valley Magnet suffered their biggest loss since October 21, 2024 on Wednesday. They lost 3-0 to Grant.

Sun Valley Magnet took the loss but they managed to make steady progress, increasing their score in every set they played. The match finished with set scores of 25-13, 25-16, 25-23.

Sun Valley Magnet's defeat dropped their record down to 16-10. As for Magnolia Science Academy Van Nuys, their win bumped their record up to 6-4.
