Carroll not only won on Saturday, but they posted their biggest win since February 25th. Everything went their way against the Samson Tigers as the Carroll Eagles made off with a 13-4 victory. For the Eagles, this counts as revenge for the 8-5 win the Tigers walked away with the last time they faced one another back in April of 2021.
The team relied heavily on Makynzye Bonner, who scored three runs and stole a base while going 2-for-2. What's more, she posted three RBI, the most she's had since back in February. The team also got some help courtesy of Nevaeh Landrum, who scored two runs while going 2-for-3.
