Soccer Recap: Tarboro Finishes Even with Martin County

For the first time this season, Tarboro was forced to settle for a draw. Neither they nor the Martin County Gators could gain the upper hand on Monday so the two teams had to settle for a 1-1 draw.

Tarboro's goal came courtesy of Miguel Oviedo, which was the first he's scored this season.

Tarboro has already played their next match, a 1-1 draw against Riverside-Martin on the 25th. As for Martin County, they will head out on the road to take on North East Carolina Prep at 6:00 p.m. on September 3.
