Football Recap: Andrews Takes a Loss

Andrews was not able to break out of their rough patch on Friday as the team picked up their third straight defeat. They were dealt a 50-14 loss at the hands of the Waccamaw Warriors. Surprisingly, this marked the Yellowjackets' fourth straight game in which the away team has come away the victor.

Andrews' defeat dropped their record down to 1-3. As for Waccamaw, the win (which was their third in a row) raised their record to 3-1.

Coming up, Andrews will look to defend their home field on Friday against Hanahan at 7:30 p.m. As for Waccamaw, they will face off against Stall at 7:00 p.m. on Friday. Waccamaw will be up against Stall's rather soft defense (which has allowed 38.25 points per game), so fans could be in store for a big offensive performance.
