Volleyball Recap: Rosman Comes Up Short

Rosman was not able to break out of their rough patch on Thursday as the team picked up their sixth straight defeat. They lost 3-0 to the Robbinsville Black Knights. Unfortunately, that's the second time they've come up short against the Black Knights this season, as they also lost their prior matchup 3-1 back in September.

While Rosman had to settle for second, they sure made a game of it, scoring at least 20 points in every set they played. The match finished with set scores of 25-21, 25-23, 25-20.

Rosman's loss dropped their record down to 5-14. As for Robbinsville, their win ended a five-match drought on the road and puts them at 11-10.

Rosman wasted no time getting back out on the court and has already played their next matchup, a 3-0 defeat against Hayesville on the 13th. As for Robbinsville, they also didn't take long to hit the court again: they've already played their next contest, a 3-0 victory against Andrews on the 13th.
