Softball Recap: La Pine Victorious

La Pine won the last time they faced Sisters and things went their way on Friday too. The Hawks came out on top against the Outlaws by a score of 12-9. The victory made it back-to-back wins for the Hawks.

La Pine let Sierra Parks and Jade Seymour run wild. Parks went a perfect 4-for-4 with two stolen bases, three runs, and one RBI, while Seymour went 2-for-4 with two stolen bases, three RBI, and two runs. That's the most stolen bases Parks has posted since back in April of 2025. Hallie Rasmussen was another key player, getting on base in three of her five plate appearances with two runs, one stolen base, and one RBI.

La Pine always had someone on base and finished the game having posted an OBP of .575. The team's really been improving in that area: they've now improved their OBP total in three consecutive contests.

La Pine's win bumped their record up to 5-14. As for Sisters, they are on a 14-game losing streak (dating back to last season) that has dropped them down to 0-12.
