Basketball Recap: Salado Takes a Loss

Salado lost against Fredericksburg back in December of 2023 and unfortunately they wound up with the same result on Saturday. The Salado Eagles fell 51-41 to the Fredericksburg Billies. The Eagles have now taken an 'L' in back-to-back games.

Salado's loss dropped their record down to 9-12. As for Fredericksburg, they are on a roll lately: they've won nine of their last 12 matches, which provided a nice bump to their 12-7 record this season.

When Salado and Fredericksburg next hit the court, they'll be up against teams who recently just can't seem to lose. Salado will try to stop Marble Falls' three-game winning streak when the meet at 1:15 p.m. on Tuesday. Similarly, Fredericksburg will take on Ingram Moore and their five-game winning streak at 12:30 p.m. on Monday.
