Basketball Recap: Make It Eight in a Row for Danville Christian Academy

It's playoff time, and Danville Christian Academy had no trouble coming through when it counted. They came out on top against the Daviess County Panthers by a score of 53-40 on Thursday. Winning may never get old, but the Warriors sure are getting used to it with their eighth in a row.

When it comes to explaining why Daviess County lost, don't look at Kennedy Lane. Despite the final result, she posted 19 points. Lane's evening made it three games in a row in which she has scored at least 16 points. Lily Hoagland was another key player, putting up seven points.

Danville Christian Academy's win bumped their record up to 26-7. As for Daviess County, they moved to 21-13 with that defeat, which also ended their three-game winning streak.

Danville Christian Academy has already played their next contest (against Henderson County), but no score has been uploaded at the time of writing. Daviess County does not have any more games scheduled as of now.
