Football Recap: Mendota Aztecs vs. Golden Valley Bulldogs
Mendota had to kick off their season on the road on Friday, but they showed no ill effects. They took down the Golden Valley Bulldogs 27-12.
Hawk Garcia went supernova for Mendota, rushing for 134 yards and a touchdown, while also picking up 44 receiving yards. Anthony Trinidad got in on the action too, converting a pick into a touchdown.
