Basketball Recap: Carl Albert Comes Up Short

Carl Albert was not able to break out of their rough patch on Friday as the team picked up their fourth straight loss. They fell 47-39 to the MacArthur Highlanders. The Titans were not able to repeat the success they had when they faced the Highlanders earlier this season, when they won 70-59.

Carl Albert's defeat dropped their record down to 13-6. As for MacArthur, the win was the seventh in a row for them, bringing their record for this year to 13-7.

Both squads are looking forward to the support of their home crowds in their upcoming games. Carl Albert will square off against Non Varsity Opponent at 6:00 p.m. on Tuesday. As for MacArthur, they will be playing in front of their home fans against Elgin at 7:30 p.m. on Tuesday.
