Football Recap: J.P. McCaskey Comes Up Short

J.P. McCaskey lost against Reading back in October of 2024 and unfortunately they wound up with the same result on Saturday. The Red Tornado fell 14-6 to the Red KNights. The loss leaves the Red Tornado still looking for their first win of the season.

J.P. McCaskey's record now sits at 0-7. As for Reading, their win (their first of the season) made their record 1-6.

Both teams will have to hit the road in their upcoming games. J.P. McCaskey will face off against Cedar Crest at 7:00 p.m. on Friday. The Red Tornado will be up against the Falcons' rather soft defense (which has allowed 29.57 points per matchup), so fans could be in store for a big offensive performance. As for Reading, they will challenge Manheim Township at 7:00 p.m. on Friday. The Red KNights will need to watch out since the Blue Streaks have now posted at least 31 points in their last five contests.
