Heritage hadn't beaten Chaparral on the road since October 26, 2019 but that history sure didn't bother them on Saturday. The Eagles had just enough and edged out the Wolverines 1-0. The home team had taken home the W every time these teams have met since September 7, 2021, but that streak is no more.

Regis Jesuit's record is now 10-0-1. As for Heritage, they now have a winning record of 5-4-4.

Everything went Regis Jesuit's way against Heritage in their previous matchup back in October of 2024, as Regis Jesuit made off with a 3-0 win. The rematch might be a little tougher for the Raiders since the squad won't have the home-pitch advantage this time around. We'll see if the change in venue makes a difference.
