Basketball Game Preview: Cherokee Chiefs vs. Pennsauken Indians

Cherokee is on a roll after a high-stakes playoff matchup on Thursday. They breezed past Southern Regional to the tune of 59-29. The Chiefs' offense stepped up their game for this one, as that was the most points they've scored all season.

Meanwhile, Pennsauken had already won eight in a row (a stretch where they outscored their opponents by an average of 20.5 points) and they went ahead and made it nine on Thursday. They came within five points of losing the streak, but they secured a 49-44 W against the Cougars.

Cherokee is on a roll lately: they've won four of their last five matches. That's provided a nice bump to their 6-4 record this season. Those victories came thanks in part to their offensive performance across that stretch, as they averaged 50.4 points over those games. Pennsauken's victory bumped their record up to 12-2.
