Bend came tearing into Saturday's matchup with four straight wins , and they left with even more momentum. They came out on top against the Summit Storm by a score of 2-0. That's more bragging rights for the Lava Bears, who also won the pair's last head-to-head.

Bend's victory bumped their record up to 8-3. As for Summit, their loss dropped their record down to 8-5.

Bend didn't take long to hit the court again: they've already played their next game, a 2-1 defeat against South Albany on the 20th. As for Summit, they also wasted no time getting back out on the court and have already played their next contest, a 2-0 win against Oregon City on the 20th.
