Soccer Recap: Buhl Takes a Loss

After flying high against Declo on Tuesday, Buhl came back down to earth. The Indians came up short against the Wendell Trojans on Thursday, falling 9-2. The loss continues a trend for Buhl in their meetings with Wendell: they've now lost eight in a row.

Neryk Garcia-Barajas wasn't going to let Wendell walk away unscathed as he scored both of Buhl's goals, bringing his season total up to nine goals.

Buhl's defeat dropped their record down to 3-6-1. As for Wendell, the victory (which was their third in a row) raised their record to 10-1.

Buhl has already played their next match, a 2-1 win against American Falls on the 27th. As for Wendell, they also didn't take long to hit the pitch again: they've already played their next contest, a 2-2 draw against Sun Valley Community on the 27th.
