Softball Recap: Millikan Rams vs. Mater Dei Monarchs

Ava Schaffel spent all nine innings on the mound, and it's clear why: she surrendered three earned runs on eight hits and racked up six Ks. She has been consistent recently: she hasn't pitched less than seven innings in five consecutive pitching appearances.

On the hitting side, Millikan saw five different players step up and record at least one hit. One of them was Riley McAndrew, who went 1-for-3 with an RBI.
