Football Recap: Nolan Catholic Comes Up Short

Nolan Catholic extended their losing streak to three on Friday, dropping them down to 1-4. They were dealt a 56-7 loss at the hands of the Prestonwood Christian Lions. The matchup marked the Vikings' lowest-scoring game so far this season.

Houston Hartung threw for 47 yards on eight of 17 attempts. Aaron Morales was his top target, picking up 27 receiving yards.

Prestonwood Christian's first victory this season bumped their record up to 1-2. The win continues a trend for them in their matchups with Nolan Catholic: they've now won five in a row.

William Taylor went supernova, rushing for 198 yards and a pair of TDs on only 12 carries. His longest rush was for an incredible 73 yards. Luke Glass was another key player, throwing for 196 yards and four touchdowns on only ten passes.
