Football Recap: West Fork Comes Up Short

It's hard to turn regular season success into postseason wins, a fact West Fork can now relate to. They were dealt a 53-20 loss at the hands of the St. Ansgar Saints on Friday. For those keeping track at home, that's the biggest defeat the Warhawks have suffered since September 13, 2024.

West Fork's loss was their third straight on the road, which dropped their record down to 7-3. As for St. Ansgar, the win keeps them at an undefeated 10-0.

West Fork does not have any more games scheduled as of now. As for St. Ansgar, they will face off against North Linn on Friday. The Lynx's defense has only allowed 10.7 points per game this season, so the Saints' offense will have their work cut out for them.
