Basketball Game Preview: Marshall Barristers vs. Lincoln Tigers

The Marshall Barristers will face off against the Lincoln Tigers at 4:30 p.m. on Friday. Marshall knows how to get points on the board -- the squad has finished with 55 points or more in their past ten contests -- so hopefully Lincoln likes a good challenge.

Meanwhile, Lincoln unfortunately witnessed the end of their five-game winning streak on Wednesday. They were dealt a 61-33 loss at the hands of Franklin. For those keeping track at home, that's the biggest defeat the Tigers have suffered since February 9, 2024.

Marshall is on a roll lately: they've won seven of their last eight games, which provided a nice bump to their 11-4 record this season. Those victories came thanks to their offensive performance across that stretch, as they averaged 74.4 points per game. As for Lincoln, their loss dropped their record down to 10-5.
