Baseball Recap: Immaculate Comes Up Short

New Fairfield hit Immaculate with a five-run fourth inning on Tuesday, which goes a long way in explaining the final result. The Mustangs came up short against the Rebels, falling 11-1. The Mustangs haven't had much luck with the Rebels recently, as the team has come up short the last six times they've met.

Immaculate's loss dropped their record down to 6-13. As for New Fairfield, they have been performing well recently as they've won six of their last eight matchups. That's provided a nice bump to their 11-10 record this season.

As of now, neither Immaculate nor New Fairfield have any future games scheduled.
