Lily Everette was Carolina Day's leading scorer, having posted ten points. Everette also led the team in rebounds with 11.
Carolina Day are on a three-game losing streak that has dropped them down to 6-5. Those losses could be blamed on the team's offensive performance across that stretch, as they only averaged 14.7 points per game. As for Rabun Gap-Nacoochee, the victory got them back to even at 9-9.
Carolina Day will head out on the road to square off against Varsity Opponent at 5:30 p.m. on Friday. Varsity Opponent is out to stop a four-game streak of losses at home. Rabun Gap-Nacoochee will take on Asheville School (Independent) at 5:15 p.m. on Friday. Asheville School (Independent) is also coming in off of a big victory, so somebody is in for a big reversal of fortune.
