West Limestone had already won two in a row and they went ahead and made it three on Saturday. They came within a single set of losing the streak, but they secured a 2-1 W against the Lexington Golden Bears. That's the third time they've managed to beat them this season, with their most recent victory being a 2-1 win on Tuesday.

It was an exciting match in which no team won back-to-back sets, but at the end of the day West Limestone got the one that really mattered. Once all was said and done, the final score wound up at 25-14, 18-25, 15-6.

West Limestone now has a winning record of 19-18. As for Lexington, they have traveled a rocky road recently, having lost 11 of their last 14 contests. That's put a noticeable dent in their 22-28 record this season.

West Limestone does not have any more games scheduled as of now. As for Lexington, they wasted no time getting back out on the court and have already played their next match, a 2-0 loss against Mars Hill Bible on the 11th.
