Volleyball Recap: Nevada Takes a Tough Playoff Loss

Nevada and Lafayette County squared off in some playoff action on Monday, but Nevada had to settle for second. They took a 3-1 hit to the loss column at the hands of the Cougars. The Blue Jays just can't catch a break and have now endured four defeats in a row.

Nevada's loss dropped their record down to 6-11. As for Lafayette County, they now have a winning record of 8-7.

Nevada does not have any more games scheduled as of now. As for Lafayette County, they have already played their next contest, a 3-0 defeat against Taylor on the 14th.
