Riverview and Mountain View are an even 3-3 against one another since April of 2017, but likely not for long. The Raiders will host the Yellowjackets at 4:30 p.m. on Friday. The last three games Riverview has played have been within two runs, so don't be surprised if it's a close one.

On Thursday, Riverview didn't have quite enough to beat Jacksonville and fell 4-2.

Mountain View couldn't beat Salem on Thursday even though they stacked six runs on them in the third inning. The Yellowjackets fell just short of the Greyhounds by a score of 12-11.

Grady Pitcock was cooking despite his team's loss, going 3-for-4 with three runs, one stolen base, and two RBI. Hayden Long was another key player, going 2-for-4 with four RBI and one stolen base.

Riverview's loss dropped their record down to 7-4. As for Mountain View, they have traveled a rocky road recently, having lost eight of their last ten contests. That's put a noticeable dent in their 5-10 record this season.

Riverview came out on top in a nail-biter against Mountain View in their previous meeting back in March, sneaking past 5-4. Will the Raiders repeat their success, or do the Yellowjackets have a new game plan this time around? We'll find out soon enough.
