Opposing passers better start keeping an eye on Elijah Johnson: he recorded his first sack on Friday and we're guessing he's looking for more. He also made one tackle (1.0 for loss) as Murray fell to East 57-34. We hope Johnson's good performance is the first of many we'll see posted here on MaxPreps.com.

Looking ahead, Johnson and Murray will square off against Highland at 7:00 p.m. on Friday. Sadly, Johnson's big day wasn't enough to stop the loss, which snapped the Spartans' three-game streak of wins on the road.
