There's no place like home for Alexander Central, who bounced back after a loss on the road on Monday. They came out on top against the South Caldwell Spartans by a score of 3-1 on Tuesday. That result was just more of the same for these two, as the Cougars also won the last time the pair played back in October of 2024.

Alexander Central was especially dominant in the second set. The match finished with set scores of 25-21, 25-15, 23-25, 25-21.

When it comes to explaining why South Caldwell lost, don't look at Lydia Church. Despite the final result, she had 11 digs and two aces.

Alexander Central's victory bumped their record up to 11-4. As for South Caldwell, their defeat dropped their record down to 8-5.
