Softball Recap: Bangs' Run of Three Straight Victories Now Over

After a string of three wins, Bangs's good fortune finally ran out on Tuesday. They took a 10-6 hit to the loss column at the hands of the Cisco Loboes. The Dragons were given a dose of their own medicine in this game as the Loboes apparently hadn't forgotten their defeat the last time these teams played back in February of 2023.

Bangs' loss dropped their record down to 12-5. As for Cisco, the victory (which was their sixth in a row) raised their record to 6-1.

Looking ahead, Bangs will face off against Coleman at 6:00 p.m. on March 18th. The matchup will give Coleman their first taste of in-conferenceaction this season. As for Cisco, they will venture away from home to challenge Southwest Christian School at 5:00 p.m. on March 18th. Southwest Christian School is strutting in with some hitting muscle as they've averaged 10.7 runs per game this season.
