Basketball Game Preview: Anacoco Indians vs. Fairview Panthers

Anacoco is 1-9 against Fairview since February of 2020 but they'll have a chance to close the gap a little bit on Friday. The Indians will look to defend their home court against the Panthers at 6:00 p.m.

On Tuesday, Anacoco came up short against Ebarb and fell 43-36.

Meanwhile, winning is always nice, but doing so behind a season-high score is even better (just ask Fairview). They blew past Elizabeth 86-45 on Tuesday. The win was nothing new for the Panthers as they're now sitting on nine straight.

Anacoco's defeat dropped their record down to 16-14. As for Fairview, their victory bumped their record up to 25-9.

Anacoco took a serious blow against Fairview when the teams last played back in January, falling 78-45. Can the Indians avenge their loss or is history doomed to repeat itself? We'll find out soon enough.
