Gambell extends home winning streak to six

Recap: Gambell King Polar Bear vs. White Mountain Wolves

The Gambell King Polar Bear put another one in the bag on Friday to keep their perfect season alive. They walked away with a 78-65 victory over White Mountain. Gambell's offense stepped up their game for this one, as that was the most points they've scored all season.

Gambell's win was the result of several impressive offensive performances. One of the most notable came from Damian Campbell-Newhall, who scored 22 points. Campbell-Newhall is trending in the right direction, as he's improved his point production for three games straight. The team also got some help courtesy of Zachary Koozaata, who scored 16 points.

White Mountain's loss shouldn't obscure the performances of Kaden Adams, who scored 23 points, and Jadyn Barr who scored 19 points. Adams has been hot recently, having posted 15 or more points the last five times he's played. Another player making a difference was Tristan Ashenfelter, who scored ten points.

Gambell's victory was their sixth straight at home, which pushed their record up to 6-0. Those victories were due in large part to their offensive dominance across that stretch, as they averaged 68.0 points per game. As for White Mountain, this is the second loss in a row for them and nudges their season record down to 4-4.

Gambell does not have any more games scheduled as of now. White Mountain also has no future games currently scheduled.
